With Alau Island offshore, the rock with the hole in it on the left, Koki Beach has a way of holding back that big Pacific expanse beyond.  The earth tones of the cliff against the sand makes a soft transition to the slowly deepening waters.  Ironwood and Kukui trees shroud this quiet hide away.
